The bailiffs collected from the resident of the village. Kirovskoye alimony debt totaling 523 thousand rubles

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Resident of the village Kirovskoye, who did not pay alimony for the maintenance of his minor son, accumulated a debt to him totaling 523 thousand rubles.

Not wanting to put up with this order of things, citizen N., the mother of the child, sued citizen K. and after considering the case, the court ordered the negligent father to pay the debt on alimony payments in full. However, citizen K. was in no hurry to carry out the court decision, and as a result, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Kirov and Sovetsky districts of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against him. Having familiarized himself with the resolution of the enforcement officer, the Kirovsky resident chose to continue to ignore the needs of his son.

In order to encourage citizen K. to pay his existing alimony debt, the bailiff of the branch seized the debtor’s bank accounts and temporarily restricted his right to travel outside Russia. Despite this, citizen K. did not draw the appropriate conclusions and continued to evade payment of alimony debt. As a result, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Kirov and Sovetsky districts of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol brought the debtor to administrative liability under Part 1 of Art. 5.35.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and submitted the materials for consideration to the court. According to the court decision, citizen K. was sentenced to 20 hours of compulsory labor. After serving his sentence, the debtor still did not transfer funds to support his son. The bailiff of the executive branch considered the issue of bringing the debtor to criminal liability under Art. 157 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which I informed the latter about, — noted in the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

Fearing of facing a more severe punishment, the department notes, citizen K. found the required amount and promptly paid the alimony arrears in full, transferring the funds to the deposit account of the bailiff department.
