The bailiffs of the Leninsky district in the Crimea prompted the reckless driver to pay the fines of the traffic police
KrymPRESS reports:
Bailiffs of Crimea note: when becoming road users, citizens should remember that transport routes are created primarily for convenient and safe movement, and not for testing racing skills and creating extreme situations and accidents. Therefore, before breaking the rules of the road, every driver should think not only about possible administrative responsibility, but also about the lives of other people. And if in the case of accident-free driving, most motorists prefer to avoid incidents on the road, then the problem of non-payment of fines for traffic violations still remains acute.
In the department of bailiffs in the Leninsky district of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Republic of Crimea, consolidated enforcement proceedings were initiated against citizen K. The debtor is obliged to pay the debt for the 31 administrative fine of the traffic police for the total amount of 36 800 rubles and a performance fee in the amount of 18 000 rubles. Being notified of the initiation of enforcement proceedings, citizen K. did not pay the fines within the period established by law, did not appear at the bailiff’s office on the agenda , — note the press service of the UFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea.
AT As part of the enforcement proceedings, the bailiff checked the property status of the debtor and established his bank account, which was later arrested. Also, a ban on registration actions was immediately imposed on the car owned by citizen K.
Having received a decision on the restrictions applied, the debtor realized that he would have to pay fines and, wanting to remove the arrest from his account and to get the opportunity to sell the car, the debtor repaid the debt in full.
Thanks to the work of the bailiff, administrative fines were paid, 31 enforcement proceedings ended with actual execution .
