The Balaklava Development project was included in the list of tourist investment projects

The project is aimed at the integrated development of the territory of Balaklava, the disclosure of its tourist and recreational potential, the creation of a comfortable urban environment and tourist infrastructure, including the creation of yacht Marina. The inclusion in the list of investment projects will give Sevastopol the opportunity to allocate subsidies to investors to create the necessary engineering infrastructure, bringing networks to investment sites, as well as support work on landscaping and engineering protection. These measures can increase the desire of investors to invest in the development of the resort,-the press service of the Government of Sevastopol said.

Recall that the creation of a year -round sea resort in Balaklava will allow Sevastopol to increase the room fund by four thousand seats and create more than three thousand new jobs.
