There is such a phenomenon as «Tyagun» (a complex combination of vertical and horizontal movements of sea water, which can be dragged into the open sea) , — said the head of the administration of Yalta, Yanina Pavlenko. — It is recommended to raise red flags on the masts of the beaches (swimming is prohibited), not to allow beach visitors to the water’s edge, and pay special attention to the safety of children.
