The best counselor and counselor team have been named in Crimea

CrimeaPRESS reports:

From October 12 to 13, the Championship of Leader Skills took place in the Republic of Crimea, organized with the support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and the grant competition “Rosmolodezh. Grants: Microgrants.” The project was a victory for Daria Pomozova, a fighter of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups.

The championship brought together student teachers from all over Crimea, who competed for the title of “Best Counselor” and “Best Counselor Team”. The participants demonstrated their professional skills and creative approach to organizing children’s recreation.

Based on the results of the competition, the title of “Best Counselor” was awarded to Ilya Kozhevnikov, a fighter of the student pedagogical detachment “Matryoshka”, and the student pedagogical detachment “Furia” became the “Best Counselor Team”.

Participation in the Championship of Leader Skills for me is an opportunity to reveal my professional skills, show my level of training and gain new experience. We work not only to become the best, but also to help every child open up and find themselves,” notes the winner in the “Best Counselor” category, Ilya Kozhevnikov.

The championship included various stages: participants presented their teams and teaching portfolios, held interactive exhibitions, developed original systems for working with a temporary children’s team, and participated in intellectual competitions. They also demonstrated their skills in creating videos and offered their ideas for stimulating children’s groups.

The project is aimed at identifying and training highly qualified counselors, as well as meeting the staffing needs of children’s health camps in Crimea. Particular attention was paid to the educational component: master classes and trainings held as part of the championship helped participants improve their skills and receive valuable advice from experts.
