Dmitry Penkov, a teacher of the basics of life safety at the Yalta secondary school-collegium No. 1, became the absolute winner of the “Health Teacher of Russia-2023” competition. The Crimean resident reported the success in her Telegram channel Head of the Yalta Administration Yanina Pavlenko. According to her information, the competition took place in Nizhny Novgorod and brought together teachers from all over the country.
