The best volunteer firefighter was determined in Sevastopol

In Sevastopol, the best volunteer firefighter was chosen during a competition organized by the Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
On the territory of the 6th fire and rescue unit, five participants who passed the preliminary selection tried their strength. The participants had to fight in an individual sports program, which offered a number of difficult, but bright and spectacular challenges. In particular, volunteer firefighters competed in putting on combat clothing, combat deployment, laying a working hose line, and providing first aid to a conditional victim. The theoretical preparation of the contestants was also evaluated— reported the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in Sevastopol.
According to the results of the competition, Viktor Shevchenko, a participant from the Aval enterprise, was recognized as the best voluntary firefighter in Sevastopol.
