The best workers of rural cultural institutions will be encouraged in Crimea

According to the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Crimea, Tatyana Manezhina, in order to provide state support for employees of rural cultural institutions, it is planned to pay 16 monetary incentives in the amount of thousand rubles each .

Payments to the best specialists in our field, working in the villages, are provided for by the national project «Culture». The winners of the competitive selection are employees of rural institutions who successfully apply modern formats in their work, develop and implement new methods of leisure activities, and also show high professional skills. For us, the priority task is to increase the level and quality of life in the countryside, the prestige of professions related to the provision of cultural life for the population. This form of financial incentive is aimed at stimulating specialists who are real devotees, dedicated to their work , the press service quotes Tatyana Manezhina.

By the Day of the Cultural Worker, the best workers of the industry of the Bakhchisaray, Belogorsk, Dzhankoy, Krasnoperekopsk, Leninsky, Nizhnegorsky, Pervomaisky, Razdolnensky, Saksky, Sovetsky and Simferopol regions will be marked.

The payment of monetary incentives is carried out as part of the implementation of the regional project «Creative People» of the national project «Culture» based on the results of an earlier competitive selection, in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation.
