A tragic incident occurred in the Soviet region of Crimea. A 63-year-old man was smoking in bed and fell asleep; the unextinguished cigarette butt fell out of his hands and the mattress caught fire. An hour earlier he celebrated his birthday. Firefighters from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations extinguished the fire on 2 square meters. The man could not be saved…
