The Black Sea Fleet held an exercise to combat unmanned boats and underwater saboteurs

An exercise to combat unmanned boats and underwater saboteurs was held at the Crimean naval base of the Black Sea Fleet.
At the first stage of the exercise, combat crews designed to destroy unmanned boats (UUK) worked out an algorithm of actions for detecting and distributing targets to ensure their destruction, as well as methods of firing in sectors in the conditions of a massive UUK attack. At the second stage of the exercise, military personnel of the detachment for combating sabotage forces and means of the Black Sea Fleet practiced underwater defense and performed diving descentsreports the press service of the Southern Military District.
The combat training event was carried out in the waters of Sevastopol Bay with the use of search and rescue systems installed on anti-sabotage and patrol boats, and with bombing and grenade launching in the outer roadstead.
