The authorized body for entering information on the cadastral value of real estate objects located on the territory of the Republic of Crimea into the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN) is the branch of the public law company Roskadastr in the Krasnodar Territory. This was announced by Alexei Kostin, First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for State Registration and Cadastre of the Republic of Crimea. According to him, since this year the Goskomregistrar specialists no longer enter information into the USRN on the cost of capital construction projects and land plots located in Crimea. In accordance with the Order of the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Federal Cadastral Chamber of Rosreestr» dated December 30, 2016 No. P / 533 (as amended on November 3, 2022), the provision of these and some other services is now within the competence branch of the PPK «Roskadastr» in the Krasnodar Territory.

Thus, if there is no information in the Unified State Register of Real Estate about the cadastral value of real estate objects after 21 working days from the date of cadastral registration, changes in any characteristics, as well as on the formation of lists of real estate objects subject to state cadastral valuation, entering information about the cadastral value in the USRN, applicants need to apply not to the State Registration Committee, but to the branch of the PPK Roskadastr in the Krasnodar Territory— quotes the press service of Alexei Kostin.

At the same time, he clarified that the state budgetary institution of the Republic of Crimea “Center for Land Management and Cadastral Valuation” is vested with the authority related to determining the cadastral value of land plots and capital buildings in the territory of Crimea, to whose specialists interested parties can address existing questions, for example, about the validity of the size of the cadastral value of a particular property.

It should be noted that due to changes in the legislation earlier the commission established under the State Register to resolve disputes about the results of determining the cadastral value has ceased its work. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to submit applications here.
