The bully in Sevastopol damaged two cars

Being in a state of strong intoxication, the bully damaged other people’s cars, causing material damage worth more than 60 thousand rubles.
A 54-year-old local resident, who was passing by one of the houses, saw how an unknown man with a stone causes damage to parked cars in the Gagarinsky district. Employees of the Patrol and Posts Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Gagarinsky district immediately arrived at the scene and quickly detained the attacker. It turned out to be a 41-year-old unemployed local resident who previously convicted of the threat of murder. The man still managed to break glass and headlights in cars, apply several dents on the housing, and to tear the rear view mirror of one of them,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol said.
To the question of law enforcement officers about why he damaged someone else’s property, it was not possible to get a clear answer.
A criminal case has been instituted against the detainee by the investigative department under Part 2 of Art. 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Intentional damage to property committed from hooligan motives.» The sanction of the article provides for up to five years in prison.
