Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Simferopol region brought to administrative responsibility a bus driver who grossly violated traffic rules. The gross violation was confirmed by a video published on social networks.
Earlier on social networks, users complained about the driver of the SIMAZ bus, who in the village. Dubki, Simferopol district, grossly violated the Traffic Rules: when overtaking, he crossed a solid line of road markings, driving into the oncoming lane, which created an emergency situation. Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate identified the driver, born in 1982, a resident of the Simferopol region. Administrative material has been drawn up against the driver under Part 4 of Art. 12.15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Driving in violation of the Traffic Rules onto a lane intended for oncoming traffic, or onto tram tracks in the opposite direction)— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
The sanction provides for the imposition of an administrative fine on the driver in the amount of 5 thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of four to six months.
