A rally was held in Sevastopol dedicated to Defender of the Fatherland Day, the anniversary of the Russian Spring and the beginning of a special military operation. The organizers were a branch of the state fund “Defenders of the Fatherland” and the Committee of Families of Soldiers of the Fatherland.
In the park of the Heroes of the Special Military Operation, they honored the memory of the victims with a minute of silence and laid flowers at the monument. The rally was attended by Deputy Governor Alexander Kulagin, Deputy of the Legislative Assembly Tatyana Shcherbakova, veterans and participants of the special operation, families of the Heroes of the Northern Military District.

The head of the branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, Elena Anisimova, noted that the exploits of the Heroes of the Northern Military District, who showed an example of courage and devotion to the Motherland, should not be forgotten, they will forever remain in our hearts.
Employees and wards of the branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation in Sevastopol in the Heroes of the North Military District park laid out the word “Remember” from dozens of candles.
