The Center for the Development of Competencies of State and Municipal Employees of the Republic of Crimea is operating in Crimea

Sergei Aksyonov examined the audiences in which classes are held, and talked with the audience of the center. The first vice-rector of the GBOUVO RK “Crimean Engineering and Pedagogical University named after Fevisi Yakubova” Angelica Luchinkin explained that the basic level of training in the development of competencies is being implemented here. In general, four modules are planned, which include classes on the organizational and legal foundations of local self-government, economics and project management, management psychology, urgent management problems and instruments for solving them, business culture and effective management technologies. In total, 258 people will undergo training until the end of the year.

According to Sergei Aksyonov, the opening of the center will be an important step in solving problems related to improving the quality and efficiency of management, the level of professionalism of managers and specialists of local authorities.

Listeners both receive relevant theoretical knowledge, and improve practical skills in solving problem situations. It is necessary that each leader in his place understands find the optimal ways to achieve a specific goal and competently organize the work of subordinates. The personal liability of everyone for the decisions and data given to citizens is also important. We continue to work for the benefit of our republic and all Crimeans— said the head of Crimea.

The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko, Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea Albert Kurshutov.

The Center for the Development of the Competence of State and Municipal Services of the Republic of Crimea was created with the aim of increasing the professional level of state and municipal employees, as well as improving the quality of state and municipal administration. Similar centers are organized in all subjects of the country in accordance with the order of the President of the Russian Federation. The typical model was developed by the ANO “Russia — Country of Opportunities”, taking into account the experience of the Senezh Management workshop.
