The center of Alupka is being put in order: repair of the retaining wall, landscaping, cleaning… and more
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The improvement of the historical center of Alupka continues. The head of the municipality of the Yalta city district — the chairman of the Yalta city council, Konstantin Shimanovsky, and the head of the administration of the resort city, Yanina Pavlenko, got acquainted with the progress of work.
Particular attention is now being paid to the retaining wall that collapsed last year, for the restoration of which 25 million rubles were allocated from the municipal budget.
A concrete “cushion” has already been poured here for further installation of bored piles, which will add additional strength and stability to the structure. The rest of the work is also progressing — today 53 people are employed at the site. We continue to discuss the artistic painting of the facades, at the same time we are thinking about a tour route through the renovated space — we hope for the help of historiansnotes Yanina Pavlenko.
City leaders also visited Milyutinsky Park, which will be landscaped as part of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment.” We discussed a number of issues related to the presence of a central water supply pipe — it goes through the park.
We are looking for technical solutions with water utilities. We are waiting for the project to come out of the examination and begin work,” emphasized the head of the Yalta administration.
