The Central Museum of Taurida presented two exhibitions dedicated to the centenary of the formation of the USSR

The Central Museum of Taurida opened two exhibitions at once dedicated to 26 — anniversary of the formation of the USSR. Andrey Malgin, director of the museum, spoke about the content of the exhibitions.
More than 63 exhibits from the museum collection, which allow you to plunge into the atmosphere of the Crimean resort 130-1920-s. The exhibits characterize the holidaymakers themselves: clothes, bags, vouchers, tickets, souvenirs and everything that was connected with a pleasant vacation , — he noted.
Another showcase is dedicated to Crimean enterprises, the products of which were taken away by vacationers as a memento of the peninsula.
The subject range is supplemented by copies of Soviet posters made from the originals of the museum collection.
A separate complex is dedicated to the Artek pioneer camp (pioneer Artek uniform, drum, bugle with a pennant, postcards with views of Artek, children’s crafts and Artek souvenirs).
At the same time in the scientific library «Tavrika» named after. OH. Steven exhibits a very informative book and illustrative exhibition «Soviet Crimea», which tells about the economic and cultural achievements of the Crimeans, starting from the middle 1920-s and before the collapse of the Soviet Union.
The exhibition is nostalgic in nature and will be of interest to visitors of all ages.
