According to preliminary information, a 42-year-old woman came to visit her neighbor, who is the chairman of the house to discuss the controversial issues related to payment of utilities. The pensioner claimed that she had arrears on payment, which the woman was categorically disagreeing. During the discussion, a verbal conflict arose between the neighbors, which grew into a physical confrontation. The owner of the apartment began to lead the guest out of his living space, pushing it to the exit, but did not calculate the strength and the woman lost her balance, falling on the table, where there was an empty three -liter glass jar.
