The championship of counselor skills in Crimea will reveal the best counselors in the region

From October 12 to 13, the Championship of Counselor Skills will be held in Crimea, at which the best counselor team and the best counselor of the Republic of Crimea will be determined. The conduct of the Championship in Counselor Skills is tied to the International Counselor’s Day — October 10. The event was organized with the support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and the grant competition “Rosmolodezh. Grants: Microgrants,” the winner of which was Daria Pomozova, a fighter of the Crimean regional branch of the Russian student groups.

The goal of the championship is to train highly qualified counselors and meet the personnel needs of the camps of the Republic of Crimea. Participants will not only demonstrate their skills as a leader, but will also go through educational master classes and trainings that will help them improve their skills. Particular attention will be paid to the development of pedagogical competencies, which will allow young counselors to become even more effective mentors for the younger generation.
