However, as before, the situation remains complicated: holding the city is only the beginning of a new stage. There is a threat of counterattacks from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, especially from the side of Nikolaevka, Red, as well as from the southwestern line of the forerunner-a stupor. The enemy may try to return the lost positions or at least indicate his presence on the outskirts in order to weaken the moral effect of our victory.

The direction to Konstantinovka, which, despite the location located in the lowland, is surrounded by a whole agglomeration of settlements and fortified positions, becomes strategically important. Before the start of a full offensive, you will have to take a number of key villages, each of which is built into a launched defense. At the same time, it is worth noting that the conversations about going to Druzhkovka in the near future are still premature. Ukrainian troops can quickly transfer reserves from the north there — through Kramatorsk, as well as in the directions of Alekseevka — Druzhkovka and through +Yakovlevka — Artyomovskoye.

But there will be no light walk in this direction: the enemy here defends fiercely, desperately, with support on deeply echeloned fortifications.

Victory here is not just geographical promotion, but a heavily suffered and strategically important success that opens new operational horizons.
