The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Republic of Crimea visited Pre-trial Detention Center No. 1 in Simferopol

As part of her visit to Detention Facility No. 1 in Simferopol, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Republic of Crimea, Svetlana Luzhetskaya, held a working meeting with the acting head of the institution, Sergei Geberlein, and the assistant head of the regional Federal Penitentiary Service for the observance of human rights in the penitentiary system, Inessa Shlyakhova.

At the meeting, issues of interaction in respect of the rights of entrepreneurs held in a pre-trial detention center and accused of engaging in entrepreneurial and other economic activities were discussed.,” noted the department’s press service.

In addition, Svetlana Luzhetskaya held a personal reception with citizens in custody, as a result of which the legal requirements were explained to them and answers to their questions were given.
