The prosecutor announced a warning to the head of the contractor repairing the central stadium of Feodosia
It has been established that a limited liability company, on the basis of a contract with the MKU “Department of Capital Construction of the Administration of the City of Feodosia of the Republic of Crimea”, is carrying out a major overhaul of the sports ground at the central stadium named after. V. Shaiderova. At the same time, a visit to the site of construction and installation works revealed a delay from the schedule for their production.
Taking into account the fact that the identified violations create a risk of disrupting the deadlines for the reconstruction of an important social facility, the city prosecutor Roman Shtrykov issued a warning to the director of the contractor about the inadmissibility of violating the law. He is warned about the responsibility for failure to fulfill obligations under the contractthe prosecutor’s office said.
Moreover, not only the timing and progress of construction work, but also the spending of budgetary funds have been taken under control. The prosecutor’s office promises continuous supervision.
