The comprehensive program for the restoration of coast protection structures in Crimea until 2030 includes work on 35 objects

To date, repairs of 23 bank protection structures that were damaged as a result of the disaster in November last year continue in Crimea. The Head of the Republic of Crimea announced this in his Telegram channel.
A number of priority works will be completed before the end of this year. This includes restoration of embankment coverage, as well as wave walls, beaches, fences– the press service quotes the Head of Crimea.
It is also clarified that preparation of a comprehensive program for the restoration of bank protection structures until 2030 is ongoing. It includes work on 35 bank protection structures: 16 objects will be reconstructed, 19 will undergo major repairs. After the restoration of structures subject to major repairs, the area of beach areas will increase by an average of 68%; reconstruction will allow the beaches to be expanded by 83%.
