The condition of those poisoned by delivered food in Kerch is moderate

The condition of poisoned people who ordered food from a cafe (sushi bar) delivery service in Kerch is assessed as moderate, but with positive dynamics towards recovery. There are 20 people in the hospital: 10 adults and 10 children. About this TASS reported the head of the territorial department for Eastern Crimea of ​​the interregional department of Rospotrebnadzor Svetlana Kasyanova.

A criminal case has been initiated under Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of citizens).

There are 20 people in the Kerch hospital, there have been no new admissions. According to Svetlana Kasyanova, the territorial department appealed to the Kerch City Court to close the catering establishment, but there has been no consideration yet.

The republic’s prosecutor’s office and the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region organized an inspection of the incident. The quality of the food supplied, the availability of medical documentation and work permits for kitchen staff, as well as the legality of catering activities are established.

In the Telegram channel of the Rospotrebnadzor regional department reportedthat people who were poisoned after ordering food were diagnosed with salmonellosis.
