The conditions for the issuance of rural mortgages were tightened
Krympress reports:
The Government of the Russian Federation tightened the conditions for the issuance of a rural mortgage. The new rules entered into force on March 28, Kommersant reports.
Now preferential loans under 3% per annum are available only to borrowers working in the agricultural sector or in the social sphere in rural territories within five years from the date of the loan agreement.
VSN Group General Director Yana Glazunova, in a conversation with Cyan. Zhurnal, noted that tightening conditions can lead to a decrease in demand for rural mortgages, but with an increase in unemployment, this program will be able to increase the interest of potential applicants in employment in the countryside.
As a result, a rural mortgage can become an important tool for stimulating economic development and improving the standard of living in the village, especially in the context of economic difficulties. The development of this industry will help attract specialists who are looking for stable work and are ready to move to the countryside, — explained the specialist.
According to the head of the construction company Hallehouse Vyacheslav Kotlov, the drop in demand for rural mortgages after changing the conditions will be up to 20%.
Although the interest in the program recently was already small, since it was distributed only in certain subjects of the country, ”the developer said.
The owner of the construction company «Lazovsky House» Maxim Lazovsky believes that now the rural mortgage is becoming not a mass program, but a targeted and professional for the sphere of agricultural sector.
The very meaning of the program is lost. After all, initially she was designed to stimulate residents to go and develop the village, new inhabitants. And now it applies to those who have been working in the agro -industrial complex for five years. That is, rather supports those who have already made their choice— concluded the expert.
