The construction of new reservoirs in the Crimea will reduce the risk of water -proof in the arid years

The reservoirs of natural runoff will be located on the rivers of Marta and Ulu-Uzen Vostochny.

The Prime Minister, together with colleagues and experts, considered planned decisions on the use of water from the designed reservoirs for the needs of Big Yalta and Big Alushta, as well as for the water supply of nearby settlements.

In addition, during the meeting, the issues of water supply to the cities of Feodosia, Sudak, Kerch and settlements of the Leninsky district were raised.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Svetlana Maslova, Chairman of the State Committee for Water Economy and Reclamation of the Republic of Crimea Vladislav Maslyanik, General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Water Crimea» Maxim Novik.
