The contractor will pay a large fine for missing the deadline for the construction of a modular medical outpatient clinic in Yevpatoria.

In Yevpatoria, by order of the prosecutor’s office, a contracting organization was fined 1.4 million rubles for violating the deadline for completing work on the construction of a medical outpatient clinic.
The prosecutor’s office of the city of Yevpatoria conducted an inspection of compliance with the legislation on the contract system. It was established that the contractor did not complete in full and on time the work stipulated by the state contract for the construction of a modular medical outpatient clinic. The amount of unfulfilled obligations under the contract exceeded 50 million rubles.
In this regard, the prosecutor’s office opened an administrative case against the legal entity under Part 7 of Art. 7.32 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (inaction resulting in failure to fulfill obligations stipulated by the contract for the performance of work for the needs of the customer, causing significant harm to the legally protected interests of society and the state)reports the press service of the supervisory agency.
The court found the contractor guilty of committing an offense and imposed a fine in the amount of 1.4 million rubles. Currently, work at the site is in its final stage.
