The Council for Improvement of the Investment Climate of the Republic of Crimea agreed on new projects

Projects for the construction of new LCDs and apartment buildings are approved for Simferopol, Bakhchisarai, the village of Novofyodorovka, Feodosia, Sudak, Kerch and Yalta, as well as the Saksky and Black Sea regions of Crimea.

I note that for the republic, important tasks are to provide for housing. Within the framework of social obligations, some of the apartments are transferred to orphans and those in need of social obligations— emphasizes the deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.

Also, within the framework of the Council, a project in the city of Saki was considered to build a year -round hotel complex for 802 rooms with an investment volume of more than 10.3 billion rubles, and a project for the construction of public catering facilities with a total area of ​​buildings of 500 square meters. m. in Yalta.
