The court ordered to mothball a dangerous abandoned building of a kindergarten in the Leninsky district of Crimea

The prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky district of Crimea conducted an audit of compliance with the requirements of the legislation on ensuring the safety of buildings and structures.

It was established that on the territory of the Fontan village there is a kindergarten building, which is not in use and is in poor condition. At the same time, the local administration has not taken measures to conserve the building in order to prevent access to the emergency facility, ensure the protection of dangerous areas and prevent accidents and injuries to people. In this regard, the prosecutor’s office filed a statement of claim with the court on the obligation of the local self-government body to conserve the buildingthe prosecutor’s office said.

The court satisfied the claims, the execution of the court decision is under control.
