In the Simferopol region, the prosecutor’s office sent to court a criminal case about an accident in which a woman was injured. A resident of the Volgograd region is accused under Part 1 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic rules resulting in serious harm to health).

According to the investigation, on April 11, 2023, the accused, driving along the Tavrida — Mazanka highway, in a Volvo car with a trailer, when exiting a secondary road, did not give priority to the Cherry car, causing a collision with it. As a result of a traffic accident, a woman who was driving the second car was injured and was hospitalized in a healthcare facility.— reported the prosecutor’s office.

The criminal case was sent to the Simferopol District Court for consideration on the merits.
