The crews of the ships of the Black Sea Fleet practiced actions as part of a shipborne search strike group

The crews of the patrol ships «Dmitry Rogachev», «Sergey Kotov» and the small anti-submarine ship «Yeisk» of the Black Sea Fleet, as part of a tactical exercise, worked out joint tasks as part of a naval search strike group (KPUG) in sea ranges in the Black Sea.

According to the press service of the Southern Military District, at the first stage of the exercise, the ships carried out group artillery firing at sea and air targets and carried out a training minefield.

At the second stage of the exercise, they worked out the organization of counteraction to underwater sabotage forces and means with the implementation of preventive grenade throwingthe message says.

The exercise was held in accordance with the combat training plan for the fleet forces for the summer training period.
