On our initiative, a ban on the work of foreigners in the fields of crop production, livestock, mining, mineral production, food production, energy, trade, and total in 35 areas of the economy has been introduced on the peninsula. Three cases were transferred to the court against officials who indulged illegal migration. Terentyev noted that in the work of the UK, Internet communication channels with citizens are significantly helped: social networks, hot telephone lines, as well as information from the media. The management has significantly increased the number of personal receptions of citizens.
In April 2024, the head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksenov signed a decree on the ban on reception of migrants for 35 types of economic activity. Then Aksenov explained that he considers the uncontrolled finding of labor migrants on the territory of the republic and the country as a whole unacceptable. Later, the decree was extended for 2025.
