In the Republic of Crimea, a next meeting of the Council was held to improve the investment climate, at which six new investment projects were considered a total of 12.6 billion rubles. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.
At a meeting of the council, six projects were considered, in which a modern agricultural complex will appear in the Kirovsky district for the provision of grain acceptance, storage and cleaning of grain with a capacity of more than five thousand tons, four residential complexes in Yalta, Bakhchisarai and Simferopol district, as well as a complex of apartments,-quoted the press service Irina Kiviko.
As the Deputy Prime Minister noted, a large-scale project with the volume of declared investments of 10 billion rubles will be implemented in Yalta, where the investor plans to build a business class residential complex, which includes a group of multi-apartment buildings of variable number of storeys, the creation of commercial and social infrastructure facilities, landscaping and landscaping.
The second project proposed for implementation in Yalta provides for the construction of a residential complex for 392 apartments, with a total area of more than 21 thousand square meters. In the same municipal district, an apart-hotel will be erected with a total area of about 600 sq.m and consisting of two buildings of apartments up to three floors high, a two-story public building for the placement of the administration and commercial premises.
Two more projects in the field of housing construction are planned for implementation in Bakhchisarai and on the territory of the Novoselovsky rural settlement of the Simferopol district.
To date, within the framework of the resolution, 269 investment projects with a planned investment volume of 595.3 billion rubles and the creation of 12.2 thousand jobs are being implemented. To date, 186.3 billion rubles of investments have already been invested, 8.7 thousand new jobs have been created, 9.8 billion rubles have been paid. taxes. In 2025, 8 agreements were already concluded in the amount of 17.4 billion rubles, it is planned to create 71 workplace.
