The Crimea is developing a master plan for the tourist territory «Golden Sands of Russia»

At the meeting, the concept of a master plan for the development of tourist territory from the city of Yevpatoria to the city of Saki was presented, which involves the creation of a modern resort with multifunctional infrastructure, the construction of a hotel complex of 3, 4 and 5 stars for 4.5 thousand rooms. The concept of the plan provides for the construction of 7.3 hectares of anchor infrastructure on the territory of 7.3 hectares: a water park with a water park, a luna park, a children’s center, an en-center, a sports and entertainment center, a balne center, a congress center with a concert hall, a water sports center.

At the moment, an intermediate version of the master plan is presented. Already now you can see an integrated approach to the development of the tourist area, which take into account modern requirements and standards, which can lead to a significant increase in the flow of tourists in the Western Crimea,-quoted the press service Irina Kiviko.

Recall that the Republic of Crimea entered the federal year -round project “Five Seas and Lake Baikal”, whose state support funds will be sent as part of the national project “Tourism and Hospital”.
