The Crimea transport police detained Simferopol — suspected of trying to sell drugs in large scale

Employees of the Crimean Linear Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in transport as a result of operational-search measures on suspicion of illegal circulation of narcotic drugs detained a 34-year-old local resident in the area of ​​the Simferopol railway station.

During a personal search in the waist bag, the men found a bundle, in which there were 40 polymer bags with a white crystalline substance. According to the forensic examination, the seized is the drug of the ephedron weighing about 55 grams, which is large.

It was established that the suspect is repeatedly convicted of similar crimes and is currently serving a sentence in the form of forced labor.

The investigative department of the Crimean LU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in transport in relation to the detainee opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Assembly for Crime”, paragraph “G” of part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “illegal production, sale or shipping of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues in large scale”. A measure of restraint in the form of detention was chosen to him.

Currently, a set of measures is being held aimed at establishing other episodes of unlawful activities of a detained citizen.
