As Sergey Aksyonov specified, among the target indicators provided for by the project, an increase in the share of employees working in the industry for more than five years, as well as the share of young employees under the age of 35.
It is also planned to be a lump -sum payment to young specialists who have completed training in institutions of higher and secondary vocational education. After receiving the payment, they will be required to work in the agro -industrial complex for at least three years— said the head of the republic.
