The Head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, held a meeting on problematic issues of municipalities in the Republic of Crimea. According to Sergei Aksenov, positive changes are visible.

Now we need to make more efforts to make everything work systematically. It is necessary to intensify the work on landscaping, now its quality leaves much to be desired, – the press service quotes the Head of the Republic.

The head of Crimea instructed the Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Donets, to bring all elements of improvement to a single standard.

Central streets must be paved everywhere, all other roads must be graded. You also need to remember about the organization of street lighting. During the meeting, the work of public transport was also discussed. Sergei Aksenov emphasized that officials should learn about any problems from each other, and not from citizens.

Sergei Aksyonov also reminded that all incoming requests from citizens must be processed by officials personally. You cannot limit yourself only to written answers; you must go out in person and delve into the problem on the spot.

In addition, the Head of Crimea instructed the head of the Housing Supervision Inspectorate of the Republic of Crimea, Dmitry Razumovsky, together with the heads of municipal administrations, to determine the average cost of repairing an entrance to an apartment building.

Assessing the amount of work for each individual entrance will help reduce the declared cost. Not everywhere you need to change mailboxes; in some places it’s enough just to whitewash the walls and paint the railings. Sergei Aksyonov also recalled that it is necessary to complete the compilation of a register of apartment buildings with tariffs for the services provided for more efficient work of management organizations.

In conclusion, Sergei Aksyonov noted that the level of performance discipline and performance in general in municipalities have increased.

Execution deadlines have begun to be observed more strictly, but in some places orders remain unfulfilled for inexplicable reasons— said the Head of the Republic and emphasized that all problematic issues must be resolved within the established time frame.
