There has been a change on the coaching bridge of the Crimean boxing team. Pavel Kabargin was elected as the new head coach of the republican national team. The former coach, Ivan Vagner, resigned due to family circumstances, reports official website of the Boxing Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The general meeting of the Boxing Federation of the Republic of Crimea with the participation of the heads of local (city and district) boxing federations of the Crimea was held in Simferopol.
Senior coaches of the Crimean national team by age category also received appointments: Aider Aydinov (boys 13-14 and 15-16 years old), Vilen Seytosmanov (juniors 17-18 and 19-22 years old) and Yuri Shlementsev (women and girls/juniors of all ages) .
In addition, a new composition of the Federation Presidium has been approved.
The leaders of the Federation (in particular, its president Sergei Voronkov) outlined the main directions for the organization’s future activities, including holding seminars for coaches and judges, various master classes from famous boxers in order to attract the younger generation to boxing, develop and popularize this sport in Crimea.
