The Crimean citizen did not pay child support and fled to the Krasnodar region. Now let's go to work
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Resident of the village Lenino, who did not make alimony payments for the maintenance of his three minor children from previous marriages, accumulated a debt to them totaling 931 thousand rubles.
The ex-wives filed a lawsuit against the citizen and, according to the decision made, the man was ordered to repay the alimony debt in full to the claimants. However, the citizen felt that the needs of his children could wait some more time. Soon the man became the object of attention of the bailiff department for the Leninsky district of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, where the bailiff initiated enforcement proceedings against him, which were subsequently combined into consolidated enforcement proceedings. However, the situation worsened — a resident of Lenino decided to hide from a law enforcement officer.
In order to encourage the debtor to pay alimony for the maintenance of his minor children in accordance with Art. 65 of Federal Law No. 229-FZ of October 2, 2007 “On Enforcement Proceedings,” the department’s bailiff put the citizen on the executive wanted list, also seized the man’s bank accounts and temporarily restricted his right to travel outside Russia. Subsequently, faced with restrictions and wanting to circumvent them as soon as possible, the debtor, hiding from his children in the Krasnodar Territory, returned to the Republic of Crimea and arrived at the bailiff department in the Leninsky district of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. An employee of the enforcement authorities brought the citizen to administrative responsibility, drawing up 3 protocols against him under Part 1 of Art. 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and warned him about the consequences of refusing to pay alimony under Art. 157 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. During the conversation, the man repented and promised that he would pay off the accumulated alimony debt as soon as possible.
However, a resident of the village. Lenino will serve 60 hours of compulsory labor assigned to him by a court decision. In addition, the department’s bailiff also sent a copy of the writ of execution to the employer for further withholding of alimony from the debtor in favor of his minor children.
