The Crimean citizen faced arrest and a large fine. And all because he discredited the Russian Army
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Zhdun is not waiting… but clearly a “harmful element.” As the channel writes Crimean SMERSHa certain Mikhail Stanislavovich, a resident of the Kirov region, “considered himself an immortal warrior.”
On social networks he insulted the country, the army, the President, waited for the arrival of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but waited for “Comrade Major”,” say social activists.
The police confirmed:
On the social network, employees of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea, in cooperation with the Department in Feodosia of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, identified publications aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
As a result of operational search activities, police identified a 55-year-old resident of one of the villages of the Kirovsky district. Operatives detained the offender and took him to the Russian Department of Internal Affairs in the Kirovsky district. The man admitted his guilt.
In relation to the offender, police officers drew up administrative protocols under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 (Propaganda or public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, or paraphernalia or symbols of extremist organizations, or other paraphernalia or symbols, propaganda or public display of which is prohibited by federal laws), Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 (public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation), Part 3 of Art. 20.1 (Petty hooliganism) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
The Kirov District Court sentenced the citizen to a fine in the total amount of 90 thousand rubles and 13 days of administrative arrest. Interesting, did you realize?
