Your projects, the pearls of which were the revival of monastic life in ancient Chersonesos, the holy place where Prince Vladimir was baptized, and the construction of New Chersonesos — without exaggeration, the most grandiose historical and archaeological park both on a Russian and global scale, amaze with the breadth of the idea and persistence in the implementation, achieving all the goals set. And this is only a small part of your merits and undertakings, multifaceted and difficult archpastoral service, which evokes the deepest respect.
