Since the beginning of 2024, the Crimean Guarantee Fund has provided 31 guarantees in the amount of 311.8 million rubles. Thanks to state guarantee support, entrepreneurs received 848.5 million rubles from partner financial institutions. credit funds. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.
Of the total amount of guarantees provided, 21.7% of guarantees were issued to entrepreneurs in the construction sector, 26% to trade, 18% to agriculture, and 16.3% to manufacturing. At the same time, 30.7% of guarantees have a validity period of the obligation secured by the Fund from 1 to 2 years,” the press service quotes Irina Kiviko.
The average size of a guarantee in 2024 is 10 million rubles, the maximum amount of one guarantee is 50 million rubles, the guarantee rate is from 0.25% per annum.
As part of the implementation of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”, relevant Federal projects have been developed and are being implemented, which are aimed at creating favorable business conditions for small enterprises and provide support for start-up entrepreneurs.
The Fund, in turn, has developed a special product “Guarantee under a loan agreement, loan agreement “promotion” for beginning entrepreneurs, which is relevant for small and medium-sized businesses. To date, 4 guarantees have been issued in the amount of 12.5 million rubles, which has allowed start-up entrepreneurs to attract credit funds in the amount of more than 24 million rubles.
Let us remind you that the activities of the Crimean Guarantee Fund are carried out within the framework of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”, providing guarantees in the amount of up to 50 million rubles to small and medium-sized businesses and self-employed citizens who do not have sufficient collateral to receive credit funds.
