The Crimean Guarantee Fund has provided state support to entrepreneurs in the amount of more than 7 billion rubles since the start of operations in 2014 on 1,203 guarantees. The issued guarantees helped entrepreneurs to attract more than 17.7 billion credit funds to their business. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.
Since its inception in 2014, the Regional Guarantee Fund has provided 1,203 guarantees to small and medium-sized businesses in Crimea. The issued guarantees helped entrepreneurs to attract more than 17.7 billion credit funds to their business. During this period, 725 unique enterprises took advantage of the Fund’s support. Enterprises are scaling their business, this indicates an increase in investment activity in the field of SMEs— the press service quotes Irina Kiviko.
The main areas of SMEs that apply for guarantees are trade (31.58%), construction (24.7%) and agriculture (18.8%).
The guarantee of the Fund allows you to attract bank credits, loans, bank guarantees, as well as leasing with a lack of own security. The Fund’s advantages are a simple and effective mechanism for providing guarantees, no need to collect additional documents, a minimum decision-making time, savings on collateral insurance and the costs of its registration.
Support for entrepreneurs is carried out within the framework of the national project «Small and Medium Enterprises», the implementation of which was initiated by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
