According to the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Crimea, work is currently underway at the facility to build retaining walls for the embankment and a fountain, cover the embankment and landscaping, as well as construct hydraulic structures.

The work is carried out within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation. The readiness of the object is 40%. Commissioning of the facility is scheduled for December 30, 2023— noted in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Crimea.
