Krympress reports:
The Crimean Ministry of Internal Affairs notes:
The victims come for SMS-improvisations, which indicate that the entrance to the account on the Unified portal of the State Services is successfully executed with the region and the device from which this allegedly happened. Further, potential victims are invited to call a certain number in the message to protect the data. During the conversation, unknown, introduced by employees of Roskomnadzor, Rosfinmonitoring or security officers of the State Service, demand from citizens to dictate the code from SMS, to restore access to the portal, as well as by deception, they find out personal data and information about the availability of funds in bank accounts. After the personal data of citizens of citizens come to them, the victims are included in the victim’s personal account or ask for actions aimed at transferring funds to a “safe account”.
Such a fraudulent scheme appeared after the introduction of the function of protecting the double -factor authentication account and “self -background for issuing loans”. It has become more difficult for fraudsters to access the personal account of citizens and they began to come up with new ways to obtain personal data.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Crimea warns!
This portal “State Services” never asks for letters to urgently call back or report their personal data and codes from SMS messages. “State Services” is just an application, not public service.
If you received such a message, do not panic. In no case do not call back by the specified number. Better enter your personal account on the portal and change your password.
Be vigilant! Tell us about this fraudulent scheme to relatives and friends!
