The Crimean national team has three medals at the Jufus Championship in the female wrestling, two of which are gold

Three medals (two “gold” and one “bronze”) was won by the Crimean national team on February 8-9 in Slavyansk-on-Kuban Krasnodar Territory Championship of the Southern Federal District for Women’s Wrestling.

The champions of the Southern Federal District in their weight categories were candidates for master of sports of Russia — pupil of the KSP of UAR (Krasnolesye, Simferopol district) Maria Zvyagintseva (up to 50 kg, coaches — Andrey Dobrynin, Ignat Greek and Asan Chalbash) and a graduate of the KSP UAR, a pupil of the State Public No. 7 ”Amida Languages from Simferopol (up to 55 kg, coaches — Amet Yuldashev and Andrey Dobrynin).

The experienced master of sports of Russia Svetlana Tikhonenko from Simferopol (up to 59 kg, coach — Akhtem Muratov) rose to the bronze step of the podium.

Also, the bronze medal in the asset of Diana Makogonyuk from Sevastopol (up to 62 kg, coach — Nikolai Golikov).

In total, 40 athletes from Crimea, Sevastopol, Adygea, the Krasnodar Territory and the Rostov Region took part in the competitions. 10 sets of awards were played. The winners received trips to the Russian Championship.
