A regular meeting of the ninth session of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea of the second convocation took place. The Crimean parliament considered 41 issues. Among them are 13 bills adopted in the second reading. In particular, a bill was adopted establishing Combat Veterans Day in the region on July 1.
The introduction of a separate memorial date will help unite all military veterans of our region, emphasize the importance of recognizing their services to society, increase the authority of the veteran regional movement and become an element of the patriotic education of youthsaid Vladimir Konstantinov, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, at the meeting.
The speaker of parliament emphasized that a similar memorial date has now been established in eight constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
In addition, the deputies considered changes to the laws on establishing the tax rate paid when applying the simplified taxation system; establishing a tax rate of zero percent for taxpayers — individual entrepreneurs when applying the patent tax system; on the salary of state civil servants; perpetuating the memory of those killed in defense of the Fatherland, free legal assistance; administrative offenses; elections of deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea and representative bodies of municipalities; vesting local government bodies of municipalities with certain state powers in the field of archival affairs; passenger transportation by road and ground electric transport; quotas and reservation of jobs for disabled people and citizens in particular need of social protection.
Thus, Crimean deputies adopted a bill to increase bonuses for additional education teachers operating in state and municipal educational institutions under additional education programs, as well as scientific supervisors of students’ research projects.
Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Education, Science and Youth Policy Sergei Dodonov noted that the amount of bonus payments to teachers of additional education is increasing from 11 thousand 400 rubles. up to 30 thousand rubles each for the purpose of moral and material encouragement of teachers for special success in teaching and educating students.
