The Crimean prosecutor's office is checking information about violations of the rights of a large family in the Saki region

On behalf of the Prosecutor of Crimea Oleg Kamshilov, an inspection was organized in connection with information posted on social networks about the long-term lack of connection to the electrical networks of the land plot of a large family. We are talking about this publication.

A family with young children has been unable to begin construction of a house for a long time in the village of Kamenolomnya, Saki District, due to the resource supply organization’s failure to fulfill its obligations under the agreement on technological connection to power grids.

Employees of the Saki Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office have begun an inspection, during which they will assess the performance of the network organization’s duties in the field of technological connection of consumer facilities to electric networks— reported the supervisory agency.

Based on the results of the inspection, the issue of taking response measures, including judicial ones, aimed at restoring the rights of the family will be decided.
