The Crimean prosecutor's office is checking the circumstances of the incident in one of the schools in Dzhankoy

On behalf of the Prosecutor of Crimea Oleg Kamshilov, an inspection was organized in connection with the violation of the rights of a minor in an educational institution in the city of Dzhankoy.

According to preliminary information, on January 15, 2024, at MBOU Secondary School No. 5, a teacher used physical force against a 5th grade student. During the organized supervisory activities, an assessment will be made of the fulfillment of the requirements of the legislation on education, as well as the actions of officials of the educational organization— reported the supervisory agency.

If there are grounds, the issue of taking response measures will be decided.
