The Crimean prosecutor's office sent a criminal case on the rehabilitation of Nazism to the Supreme Court

The Crimean prosecutor’s office approved an indictment in a criminal case against a resident of the region. He is accused under paragraph “c” of Part 2, Part 4 of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (rehabilitation of Nazism).
According to investigators, the accused, adhering to the ideology of Nazism, posted a message in one of the communities on a social network expressing disrespect for the celebration of Victory Day of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, insulting the memory of the defenders of the Fatherland.
A resident of the region admitted guilt in committing a crime; a preventive measure was chosen against him in the form of detention— reported the prosecutor’s office.
The criminal case was sent to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Crimea for consideration on the merits. What punishment does a mankurt face? From a large fine to imprisonment for a period of 5 years.
